Celsius Holdings, Inc. (CELH) specializes in commercializing healthier, nutritional functional foods, beverages and dietary supplements. Celsius®, Inc. became a public company in January of 2007. Founded in 2004 under the name Elite FX, Inc., the sole purpose of the company is inventing, producing, and marketing functional beverages, foods and nutritional supplements with break-through category-creating potential. The first product, Celsius®, the Original Calorie Burner, was developed by a dedicated team of experts united by a strong commitment to true science. Celsius launched in June 2005 after completing a clinical study validating its calorie burning benefits. Five clinical studies have since been completed and published with Celsius confirming efficacy for burning calories, raising metabolism and providing a sustained energy boost.

The Celsius Team is a passionate group of people with a shared vision of having a positive impact on consumer health and wellness. Because we have an entrepreneurial spirit with deep roots and diverse expertise in the nutrition and beverage industry, we can do what industry giants have difficulty doing.

We are an industry pioneer. We start with the consumer, understand their true needs, create beverages that are designed to meet these needs, and in the process define new consumer food and beverage categories. As a supplement to a healthy diet and part of a health, fitness and wellness program, we encourage consumers to choose Celsius as an alternative to those that are loaded with calories, sugar, carbohydrates, artificial ingredients, chemical preservatives, and sodium. Celsius is the first among many products we expect to launch that will create entirely new categories to match markets’ demands in advance of national or global trends.
