Celsius Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: CSUH.OB) specializes in commercializing healthier, nutritional functional foods and beverages. On January 25, 2007 we announced we had entered into a merger agreement with Celsius Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Celsius Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. Founded in 2004 under the name Elite FX, Inc., our mission is to invent, produce and market new advancements in the functional beverage and food market with break-through category-creating potential.

Celsius launched in June 2005 after completing a clinical study validating its calorie burning benefits. Three additional clinical studies have since been completed and published with Celsius confirming efficacy for burning calories, raising metabolism and providing a sustained energy boost.
