The Celsius Team and Mario Lopez are heading to Seattle to do a “Meet and Greet” with military personnel at the Ft. Lewis base Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM)(Seattle, WA).
On Saturday, Mario will be speaking with a reporter from LAist.com regarding the trip as well as his association with Celsius. Founded in 2003 and led by the NYC flagship site Gothamist, the network includes thirteen websites, including LAist.com, in four countries, each covering local news, events, food, and entertainment for an avid audience of young urbanites.

UPDATE: The previously announced Ustream broadcast has been cancelled due to sensitivity for Military families and personnel who will be on hand for the event. We will update with a recap and video early next week.
†In a study of 60 healthy college-aged men and women, 100 calories represents the average calories burned over three hours for those participants consuming a single serving of Celsius®. Celsius® alone does not produce weight loss in the absence of a healthy diet and moderate exercise. Loss of fat mass, gain of muscle mass and improved endurance were benefits found for participants consuming a single serving of Celsius everyday and 15 minutes prior to exercise in a study using a 10-week moderate exercise program.
